Cancellation Policy

If you fail to attend a session, or reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the missed session.

Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice therefore you will be obliged to pay the full amount for that appointment. (more info)

Promotions

Promotional code or Discount code must be quoted when booking an appointment.

All appointments are subject to availability.

A code can only be used once by any individual (unless stated otherwise).

Non-transferable between services.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incl other promotions or booklets.

Cannot be used for direct billing to insurance companies.

Where an end date is stated, booking must be made prior to this date, with appt taken within 2 weeks.

Refer a Friend to Physio

If you refer a friend into Physio then we would like to say thank you by offering you a free 30 min massage.

We should be notified of this referral when your New Patient friend makes their initial booking.

Only one massage can be claimed per person. (Free massages aren’t available for every referral into PHLEX

 

Gift Vouchers

These are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and at any of our clinics.

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds given.
